These girls were fighting for Russian in 2007's Eurovision song contest and came third, but now they have to accomplish themselves as a serious music act, not just a Eurovision entry, and from what i have heard, Lena, Yulia and Marina have what it takes to become an EXTREMELY SUCCESFUL pop act.


Their son...song#1 has been produced in so many variations from pop to rock to techno and is divided by a colour co-ordination single comprising of 14 tracks my favourite being the Black ReMix, rock musicool(kinda like a maralyn manson song (backing track, not the singing *phew*)^^.

For some reason Serebro remind me of the Pussy Cat Dolls.

Infact I heared that Serebro were gonna call themselves the 'Rooski Cat Dolls' however it might have caused complications with some LA girl band!

I can't wait for the album, i love song #1 Pink version, this promo cd is really cool.

And i dont see them as the russian PCD, they are kinda new in the business and the ESC performance was their first live performance, and for a first it was good. Maybe Marina and Olga will sing more on the album...

when comparing to other russian artists i like
i think they are way too far from success

but i know there must be ppl loving normal pop alot

A little bit of Bio on the three members of Serebro.


Elena Temnikova, lead singer. Born on the 18th of April 1985 in the town of Kurgan. In 2003 she took part in "Star Factory" project on Channel One (Russia).


Olga Seryabkina, backing singer/dancer. Born on the 12th of April, 1985 in Moscow. Since 7 she began to study ballet dance. At the age of 17 she got the rank of the candidate to the master of sports. She took part in many international competitions. Olga graduated the Art School, "estrada/pop singing" department. In 2006 she got the higher education diploma on specialization "Translation and Entrepreneurship".


Marina Lizorkina, backing singer/dancer, ex-vocalist of "Formula" band, performed in soundtrack to "Obrechyonnaya stat' zvezdoy" series.
